At Unit One Learning, we focus on delivering value, both to learners and to organizations. Learning is most effective when participants see the benefit that it offers--the value of that learning. Providing this to learners ensures that they are engaged and motivated to retain the information being provided. When this happens, they are able to gain skills and perform at a higher level, to the benefit of their organization.

An easy shortcut to take in learning development is capturing a quick, surface-level snapshot of the audience. Effective learning cannot be developed without fully understanding who the learner is and what his or her needs are. Before development starts, we make sure to build this understanding. Doing this enables us to design results-oriented adult learning experiences.
